Terms of Service

Last updated: May 25, 2026 · Operated by HELM Ventures LLC (Delaware), Pennsylvania operations

The short version: QuickLoop builds and maintains your business's digital presence after you have filed with your state. We are not a law firm, accountancy, or financial advisor, and we do not form your business for you.

1. What QuickLoop is

QuickLoop is a post-formation digital-presence and ongoing-retainer service operated by HELM Ventures LLC from Pennsylvania. Once you have filed your business with your state, QuickLoop deploys your digital presence — domain, website, and lead-capture setup — typically within 72 hours, and (on subscription tiers) maintains it on an ongoing basis.

2. What QuickLoop is not

Attorneys, CPAs, and banks are independent third parties. If QuickLoop ever surfaces such a party, you engage them directly and on their own terms.

3. Your responsibilities

4. Plans, billing, and cancellation

Plans and pricing are shown on our pricing section. Subscriptions renew until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future charges and does not retroactively refund prior periods except as described in our refund policy.

5. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use QuickLoop for unlawful activity, to misrepresent a legal or regulatory status you do not hold, or to deploy content that infringes others' rights. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.

7. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the content you provide and of the deployed site once delivered. QuickLoop and HELM Ventures retain ownership of the platform, templates, and underlying systems.

8. Not legal, tax, or financial advice

QuickLoop is not a law firm, accountancy, or financial advisor, and nothing on this site or in the product is legal, tax, or financial advice. You decide whether to start a business and you file with your state; your state files and regulates it.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, HELM Ventures LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
