Refund Policy
Last updated: May 19, 2026 · Operated by HELM Ventures LLC (Delaware)
QuickLoop builds and deploys your business in roughly 35–55 seconds after purchase. Because the work is delivered almost immediately, we keep our refund policy simple and operator-friendly.
The short version: Full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked, provided your deployed site has not been customized beyond the original build.
1. Refund window
You may request a full refund up to 14 calendar days from the moment your Stripe receipt was issued (your activation date). The window is calculated server-side and shown to you in your operator dashboard.
2. What's refundable
- One-time setup fees — refunded in full.
- Subscription charges — the most recent monthly charge is refunded; the subscription is cancelled. Past months are not retroactively refunded.
- Domain registrations — Namecheap's policy applies (typically the first 4–5 days for most TLDs). We pass through whatever portion Namecheap will return to us.
3. What stops being refundable
- After 14 days from activation, regardless of usage.
- If your deployed site has been substantively customized — i.e., the original AI-generated template has been edited or replaced. Light branding adjustments don't count; replacing copy, layout, or structure does.
- If you have used QuickLoop-built digital assets (your domain, website, and lead-capture setup) for live commercial activity beyond the 14-day window.
- Charges from third parties Stripe passes through to you (sales tax, payment-processing fees) — these are issued or denied by the relevant authority, not by us.
4. How to request a refund
Two paths:
- Self-serve — open the link in your activation email, click "Request a refund" at the bottom of your dashboard, and confirm. Refund hits your original payment method in 3–7 business days.
- By email — write to hello@quickloopmedia.com from the address on file with your purchase. Reference your intake ID (visible on your dashboard).
5. What happens to your site after refund
Within 24 hours of a successful refund:
- Your deployed site at
quickloopmedia.com/{slug} is taken down. Visitors see a "This business is no longer active" placeholder.
- Your registered domain (if any) is released back to Namecheap, unless you contact us within those 24 hours requesting a transfer-out (you keep the domain; we refund minus the registration cost).
- Your QuickLoop account is closed. We retain your purchase records for 7 years for tax and audit purposes.
6. STAKD-graduation activations
Activations that arrived via the STAKD entrepreneur graduation handoff are free of charge. There is nothing to refund; the deployed site is yours to keep, modify, or sunset as you wish. You may close your account at any time by emailing the address above.
7. Edge cases
Chargeback before request
If you initiate a chargeback through your card issuer before contacting us, we will not also issue a refund through this policy (would be a double refund). The chargeback runs its course and we honor the issuer's decision.
Site never went live
If, despite our best efforts, the 72-hour activation window closes without your site reaching the "completed" state, you are entitled to a full refund regardless of the 14-day window — email us and we'll process it within one business day.
Refund denied
If we decline a refund request, we send you a written explanation citing the specific provision above. You may escalate to russell@helmventures.com (operator-level review).
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. Changes apply only to purchases made after the update date shown at the top of this page. The version of the policy in effect at the moment of your purchase governs your refund rights for that purchase.
