Privacy Policy

The short version: We collect the business information you give us so we can build and run your post-formation digital presence. We don't sell your personal data. You can ask us to delete it.

1. Who we are

QuickLoop is a product of HELM Ventures LLC, operating from Pennsylvania. We build and deploy a digital presence — domain, website, and lead-capture setup — after you have filed your business with your state. QuickLoop does not form, file, or register your business, does not issue an EIN, and does not provide registered-agent or banking services. You decide whether to start a business and you file with your state.

2. What we collect

Information you provide — business name, business type, location, hours, services, logo, photos, contact email and phone, and the design choices you make in the intake portal.
Visibility-scan inputs — if you run a free Business Visibility Score, the business name you enter and, optionally, the email you submit to receive your report.
Payment information — handled by Stripe. We receive a transaction record and the last four digits of your card, never the full card number.
Usage data — basic analytics (via PostHog) about how the site and your operator dashboard are used, so we can improve the product.

3. How we use it

To build, deploy, and maintain your digital presence and operator dashboard.
To process payments and issue refunds under our refund policy.
To send you activation, status, and account emails.
To improve QuickLoop and detect abuse or fraud.

4. What we don't do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your data with attorneys, CPAs, or banks unless you explicitly ask us to make an introduction — those parties are independent third parties with their own privacy practices.

5. Sharing with service providers

We use trusted processors to operate QuickLoop, including Stripe (payments), Supabase (data storage), Namecheap (domain registration), SendGrid/Twilio (notifications), and analytics providers. They process data on our behalf under their own agreements.

6. Retention

We keep your account and project data for as long as your account is active. We retain purchase records for 7 years for tax and audit purposes. When you close your account, we delete or anonymize the rest within a reasonable period.

7. Your choices

Request a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing hello@quickloopmedia.com.
Opt out of non-essential analytics where supported by your browser.
Close your account at any time.

8. Not legal, tax, or financial advice

QuickLoop is not a law firm, accountancy, or financial advisor, and nothing here is legal, tax, or financial advice. You decide whether to start a business and you file with your state; your state files and regulates it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated policy.
